This week’s storm didn’t hit Philadelphia nearly has hard as other places, but it’s the wintriest I’ve seen this city so far. It’s surely a nicer way to wake up than the raucous cell phone alarms provide. I’ve also come to love making breakfast each morning. Maybe this isn’t true of all new living spaces, but getting myself accommodated [...] I just realized that I’m kind of living my dream for this stage in my life right now. I’m at a beautiful, intimate café three streets north from my new (three-story townhouse!) home drinking the most perfect soy chai latte out of a mug that’s my favorite shade of blue.
