Let me share with you one of my favorite things! My friend Lauren gave me the book Tattoo Darling: The Art of Angelique Houtkamp a couple of months ago, and it’s one of the best things I’ve ever received. As its title suggests, it’s a compilation of Houtkamp’s works and a study of her processes. [...] I’ve been advised time and time again not to judge a book by its cover. But it’s so hard not to be seduced by a well designed book. Or a stack of them, for that matter. one. two. three. four. five. six. One of my all-time books [...] The book Quietly Sure – Like the Keeper of a Great Secret by Jo Dery (released by the ever-charming press shop, Little Otsu) recently came into my possession.
