I finally have an internship! Weeks of researching placements & interviews are now over, as I’ll be the new design intern at two.one.five magazine beginning Monday. SO EXCITED. My cooking adventures continue! Two dinners from this week: spinach penne with vegan cheesy sauce & roasted asparagus, and couscous with balsamic vinaigrette and lots [...] You know that feeling right after waking up from a great dream, right before the realization that you’ve woken up?
