My first video? That’s actually a complete exaggeration. It’s more a short clip I filmed while playing with Ellington‘s new camera back when we went to the Poconos. Starring Georgia and Ellington, in order of appearance.

For every photo of mine that I think is successfully fraught with meaning and/or interesting composition, I have countless others that are just like hundreds of other photos I’ve taken. They nestle smack center in my comfort zone together. Here’s a few.

As you may know, I went to Ohio last weekend. The class of 2011 graduated, and it was also my one year reunion. This return catalyzed the most lucid reflection on my first year out of college. It was an overwhelming and intense weekend, so several days after coming back to Philly, I’m still mulling [...] I returned from my reunion weekend this evening and have since been floating around my house in nostalgia. I managed to soak in good things like endless hugs and shared meals, an and evade the bad things, like sunburn and mosquito bites. Over the past couple of months, I’ve been finding myself cautiously but deliberately settling into a routine. It’s taken me awhile to arrive at the point where things no longer seem to be explicitly and wholly chaotic, so the predictability seems luxurious.
