I finally have an internship! Weeks of researching placements & interviews are now over, as I’ll be the new design intern at two.one.five magazine beginning Monday. SO EXCITED.

feeding myself is my #1 hobby

Tonight was the first night in ages I made eggplant that wasn’t overly salted and burnt crisply into the aluminum foiled pan. I made myself a sandwich with roasted yellow pepper, raw spinach, vegan mayonnaise and eggplant seasoned with salt, pepper, nutritional yeast, garlic and basil.
